Bakgrunn

Erik Christensen is associate professor at the Department of Teacher Education, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Before coming to NTNU, he was at Nord University (2014-2023) and UiT The Arctic University of Norway (2010-2014). Christensen received his Ph.D. from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and his research was funded by the Research Council of Norway and the Program for Functional Genomics. Christensen has been a Visiting Researcher at the Kennedy Institute of Ethics, Georgetown University (2008). He has held a fellowship in Ancient Greek Philosophy from the Research Council of Norway (2000), and a Greek Government Scholarship (1999-2000). Christensen has also been a visiting researcher at the Norwegian Institute at Athens (1999-2000).
